Sure - we could ramble on about how many homes we’ve sold and how much they were worth… but how does that help you? It doesn’t.

Hi! I’m Ana, and I’m honestly so excited that you’re here.
Founding this team has been a labor of love that’s near and dear to my heart. Even our blue flower logo is a tribute to my two young daughters in hopes that our team may inspire them to become go-givers themselves.
When I bought my first home years ago, it was hard. Not just hard, but can’t-sleep-stressed-out-why-is-everything-going-wrong kind of hard. I had no guidance, and felt like I was guessing my way through the biggest purchase of my life. And I cried… a lot. Even after we moved in, it was one thing after another and we quickly realized that the home that we bought didn’t ever really fit the lifestyle we wanted to live. So, yeah… mistakes were made.
The thing is: I wasn’t dumb. I did my research and tried very hard to do things the right way, but the fact is that real estate wasn’t my career at the time. I simply didn’t have the bandwidth to deal with learning an entirely different industry on the fly. Sound familiar?
APRG was founded on the understanding that you have better things to do than learn how to buy and sell real estate. You have a life, a job, and maybe even family that you’re juggling. Somehow in there, you’ve got to find a way to put a bow on this chapter of your life so you can move on to bigger and better things. That is a LOT for anyone to deal with!
Our job at APRG is simply to make your life easier. Our process is designed to help make this transition as seamless and stress-free as possible for you. We are here to guide you to your goals while you focus your attention elsewhere. Our mission is and always will be to help you move from the lifestyle you have to a lifestyle that you love.
That’s why we don’t just help you sell your home and buy a new one. We will also help you set up your homeowners insurance, remind you to file for your tax exemptions, and send you annual equity reports you can use to protest your property taxes. We provide regular home maintenance reminders and will even send you a (gorgeous) quarterly magazine with the latest design trends and decorating tips. We will personally check in on you because we care, and whenever you need a plumber, roofer, or even an interior decorator, you know we will have the best of the best on speed dial.
