  • Why should I hire you?

    You shouldn’t. Not just based off of reading a website at least. Instead of making any commitments right now, let’s set up a consultation and get to know each other a little better. It’s critically important that the person you choose to work with is a good match and aligns with your vision, wouldn’t you agree? 

  • I've worked with "door-opener" agents before. What makes you any different?

    Our goal is to provide you with more value than we earn. We use proven processes and strategies to help you make move from the lifestyle you have to a lifestyle you love.  This means making that transition seamless, focusing on your quality of life during and after the move, and being an expert negotiator so you know you are getting the best possible deal. Fact is: we’re bringing a whole lot more to the table than just a key.

  • How will you determine what homes may match my wants and needs?

    Every client gets a face-to-face consultation where we will go over the process step-by-step. Instead of discussing the typical bedrooms and bathrooms, we will dig deeper and examine what your lifestyle looks like now and what you’d like it to look like several years in the future. Then, we will work together to craft a vision of the home that best fits the life you want to live.

  • How do you decide what my house is worth?

    We don’t. We realize that’s surprising to hear, but we don’t decide what your house will sell for. No one should. Instead, we walk you through a comprehensive Market Analysis where we evaluate similar properties and adjust for differences by hand. This custom approach allows us to develop a range showing potential sales price vs time on market. You get to decide where on that range you are most comfortable.

  • How often will I hear from you during the process?

    We understand that communication is of the upmost importance to our clients. In addition to a scheduled live weekly update from your agent, you are able to reach us by phone, text, or email at any time. Our clients are always in the loop and never left in the dark. You will never get a machine, assistant, or someone you don’t know, and all messages are replied to within 3 hours at most.

  • Will I be working directly with my agent or with the whole team?

    While our team supports one another in case of conflicting schedules, illness, or vacation, for the most part the only person that will handle your actual file, contracts, and negotiations is the team member you contacted. What this means to you is that you will have one on one personalized service, with a full team behind you helping as needed to get you to your goals.

  • What days are you available for showings/meetings?

    Real estate never sleeps, though occasionally we do. Each team member is available for meetings 5 days a week, and someone is available 7 days a week for showings. You can reach your agent by phone, text, or email 7 days a week. The only days we do not generally schedule showings are holidays, so that we can spend some quality time with family.

  • What percentage of your business is working with home buyers vs sellers?

    Surprisingly, we do a good mix of both. We love listing properties and are generally able to sell homes at above average prices and faster than the average homes in that specific market. Our buyers never get pushed into more expensive properties, and never worry that they are missing out on any potential deals. Our goal is always to make your transition to the next stage of your life as seamless and stress-free as possible.
